What is KNOW & TELL

KNOW & TELL® is a nationally expanding educational initiative of the Granite State Children’s Alliance that empowers adults to take an active role in protecting children. By providing practical training to help recognize the signs of child abuse and understand how to report them, KNOW & TELL® strengthens the safety net around our most vulnerable population. We do this by providing tools to break down barriers to reporting concerns of child abuse. Launched in New Hampshire, this evidence-informed training program is now positioned as a vital resource for all adults, reinforcing the message that every adult has a responsibility—and the ability—to speak up for a child. We know that one in ten children report child abuse when they are a child. Nine needs adults to be the difference.
